The purpose of this symposium is to gather a broad group of digital humanists to identify the unspoken assumptions surrounding collaborative work in the digital humanities. The goal is for everyone to work together to identify important issues, problems, and questions relating to the symposium’s themes, and to articulate topics for the resulting white paper and special journal issue.
